At Onefrut, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the perishable nature of our fruit bars, we follow a strict returns and refund policy outlined below.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt, or if the item received is not what you ordered.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery at info@onefrut.com. We may require video evidence of you opening the package that clearly shows the damaged or incorrect product. We will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item.
To initiate a return or report a damaged/defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the
return or replacement. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
Refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the
customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used food items, perishable goods, or items past their expiration date.
