- Order Tracking: You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number through our website or the shipping carrier’s online tracking system.
- Missed Deliveries: In the event of unsuccessful deliveries, items will be taken to the nearest depot location for pickup. It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package from the designated pickup location. Onefrut Co. is not liable for packages that are not collected, and will not issue refunds, or resend products, if they are deemed available by the courier.
- Lost In Transit: For any packages that are lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@onefrutco.com. We will initiate a trace with the courier immediately and process a replacement as soon as the courier confirms the package is lost.
